Marketplace account management in Lucknow

Ecomm11 is a marketplace management agency based in Lucknow. We run seller accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Blinkit, Myntra, Ajio, JioMart and other marketplaces for more than 600 active sellers, and we do it from two offices in the city: our head office in Indira Nagar and a second office in Hazratganj.

Most of our work is remote and most of our clients are not in Lucknow. But a good number are, and for them the useful part is simple: you can sit across a desk from the person who handles your account, bring your laptop and your seller panel, and leave with the problem understood rather than logged.

Areas we cover in and around Lucknow

Between the two offices we are a short drive from most of the city. Sellers come to us from Indira Nagar, Mahanagar, Aliganj, Jankipuram, Vikas Nagar, Kapoorthala, Triveni Nagar, Munshi Pulia and Khurram Nagar in the north; from Hazratganj, Lalbagh, Aminabad, Qaiserbagh, Charbagh, Hussainganj, Naka Hindola, Chowk, Nishatganj and Nirala Nagar in the centre and old city; and from Gomti Nagar, Vibhuti Khand, Shaheed Path, Sushant Golf City, Chinhat and Faizabad Road in the east. We also work with sellers in Alambagh, Telibagh, Rajajipuram, Sarojini Nagar, Ashiyana, Krishna Nagar, Transport Nagar and along Kanpur Road.

Outside the city, we handle accounts for sellers in Barabanki, Unnao, Kanpur, Sitapur, Hardoi, Rae Bareli, Ayodhya, Gorakhpur, Varanasi, Prayagraj and across Uttar Pradesh. Those relationships run on calls and screen shares, with a visit when something needs one.

How a first conversation goes

We start with an audit, not a pitch. You give us read access to the seller panel, or screenshots if you would rather not; we go through listings, pricing, account health, returns and ad spend; and we come back with what is costing you money and in what order we would fix it. That audit is free, and it is useful even if you never hire us, several sellers have taken the list and done the work themselves.
