Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging Ecomm11 (“Company”, “we”, “us”) for any e-commerce account management, listing, advertising, or consulting services, you (“Client”, “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Services
Ecomm11 provides e-commerce account management, product listing optimization, advertising (PPC) management, marketplace onboarding, and related consulting services across Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and other platforms as agreed upon in individual service agreements.
3. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to: (a) provide accurate account credentials and necessary access; (b) supply product information, images, and documentation as required; (c) maintain compliance with marketplace policies; (d) pay fees as agreed.
4. Payment Terms
Service fees are due as specified in individual proposals or invoices. Ecomm11 reserves the right to pause services in case of non-payment beyond the agreed payment period.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all business information, account credentials, and proprietary data strictly confidential. Ecomm11 will not share Client data with third parties without explicit consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
Ecomm11 is not liable for marketplace policy changes, account suspensions caused by Client actions, or results beyond our direct control. Our liability is limited to the service fees paid in the most recent 30-day period.
7. Intellectual Property
Content created by Ecomm11 for the Client (listings, ad copy, images) becomes the Client’s property upon full payment. Ecomm11 retains the right to reference the engagement as a case study with prior written permission.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate services with 14 days written notice. Fees already paid for work completed are non-refundable.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
