Who manages your account
Every plan includes a dedicated account manager: one person who knows your brand, your products and your goals. On Scale you get a team of three: account manager, PPC specialist and virtual assistant.
- Day to day: your account manager, by email and WhatsApp.
- Escalation: if an issue is not resolved, it goes to our senior management.
