Ecommerce marketplace management services

We run marketplace seller accounts day to day, so the people who own the brand can stop living inside seller panels. Listings, pricing, inventory, advertising, returns, account health and the reporting that tells you whether any of it worked. More than 600 active seller accounts across 14 marketplaces, managed by a team in Lucknow.

What marketplace management actually covers

Marketplace management is the ongoing operational work of running a seller account well: not a one-off setup, and not advertising alone. On a typical account we handle six things week by week.

  • Catalogue and listings, titles, bullets, descriptions, images, A+ content, variations and the category attributes that decide whether a product is even eligible to appear. Keyword research first, then the listing.
  • Marketplace SEO and ranking, backend search terms, indexation checks, and fixing the listings that are live but invisible. This is where most stalled accounts are losing.
  • Advertising, campaign structure, bids, negatives and budgets, against a target you set. Ad spend is billed by the marketplace, separately from our fee.
  • Pricing and inventory, competitive pricing that still leaves a margin, stock cover, reorder alerts, and keeping fulfilment metrics inside the limits.
  • Account health, policy warnings, listing suppressions, performance notifications and the appeals that follow. The work nobody sees until it is urgent.
  • Reporting, what sold, what it cost, what changed and what we are doing next. Monthly on Starter, weekly plus a monthly strategy call on Growth and Scale.

What it costs

Plans start from ₹25,000 per month for one marketplace. Growth and Scale are quoted after a free audit, because the fee depends on SKU count, the ad budget being managed and the scope of the work. Ad spend is paid to the marketplace and is separate from our fee. Monthly plans are billed in advance, GST applies, and you can cancel with 14 days' written notice.

  • Starter, one marketplace, up to 30 SKUs, account setup, listing creation and SEO, basic PPC, account health monitoring, a monthly report. From ₹25,000 per month.
  • Growth, one marketplace done completely: A+ content, design, weekly PPC optimisation, review management, special projects, priority support, weekly reports and a monthly strategy call. Quoted.
  • Scale, two or three marketplaces, unlimited SKUs, a dedicated account manager, PPC specialist and VA, cross-platform pricing and sale-event strategy. Quoted.

The full comparison is on the pricing page. If you only want a second opinion before committing to anything, there is a one-time account audit.

How an engagement runs

  1. Free audit. Send the quote form with the marketplace and what is going wrong. We look at the account and come back with what we found, whether or not you hire us.
  2. Scope and quote. We agree which marketplace, how many SKUs, what the ad target is and what the reporting cadence will be, and send the invoice.
  3. Access, not ownership. The seller account and the ad account stay in your name. We work inside them with the access you grant, on the terms set out in our terms of service.
  4. First 30 days. Catalogue and listing fixes first, because advertising a listing that cannot rank is just paying for the problem. Campaign restructuring follows.
  5. Then week by week, with a named person you can call rather than a ticket queue.

Why sellers hand this over to us

  • Volume means pattern recognition. 600+ active seller accounts across 14 marketplaces: when a category gets suppressed or a fee structure changes, we have usually already seen it on another account.
  • Amazon Registered Partner with Amazon Cosmos access, which means better data and priority seller support than an account gets on its own.
  • Results we will show you. ₹12L to ₹24L in eight months for a fashion brand, 145% ROAS and an Amazon Best Seller badge for a home and kitchen brand, 350% revenue growth in twelve months for a health brand. The numbers and the method are in the case studies.
  • A real company you can visit. GSTIN-registered in India (09DNKPM9597N1ZM), with two offices in Lucknow and a team you can meet. Rated 4.4 from 23 reviews on our Google Business Profile.
  • No lock-in. Monthly plans, 14 days' notice. We would rather earn the next month than hold you to a contract.

When this is worth it, and when it is not

Marketplace management pays for itself when the constraint is execution, not demand: you have products people want, listings that are live, and nobody with the time or the platform knowledge to work them properly. Sellers who come to us at ₹5L+ a month usually see the fee back in recovered margin and better ad efficiency.

It is not the right spend if the product itself has not found a buyer yet, if the unit economics do not survive marketplace fees, or if you need one specific fix rather than ongoing work. In the last case, say so in the form and we will quote the fix instead of a plan. We will also tell you when we think the answer is no, a short honest conversation costs us less than a client who leaves in month three.

Frequently asked questions

What is ecommerce marketplace management?

It is the ongoing work of running a seller account on a marketplace: listings and catalogue, marketplace SEO, pricing, inventory, advertising, returns, customer reviews, account health and reporting. It differs from a one-off setup service in that the work is continuous, and from an advertising agency in that it covers the whole account rather than the ad campaigns alone.

Do you manage more than one marketplace at a time?

Yes. Starter and Growth cover one marketplace each; Scale covers two or three with a dedicated team. Running the same catalogue across several marketplaces needs a pricing and stock strategy that holds across all of them, which is part of the Scale plan rather than something bolted on.

How long before we see a difference?

Listing and catalogue changes usually show ranking movement in four to eight weeks. Advertising changes show inside two to four weeks. Revenue movement becomes measurable at the two to three month mark. Anyone promising faster than that on an organic ranking is guessing.

Who owns the seller account and the data?

You do. The seller account, the ad account and the catalogue stay in your name throughout. We work with the access you grant and you can withdraw it at any time; what that covers is set out in our terms of service.

Is ad spend included in the monthly fee?

No. The marketplace charges your ad spend to your account directly. Our fee covers managing the campaigns. We agree the monthly budget and the ACOS or ROAS target with you before anything is switched on.

Do you work with new sellers?

Yes. Starter exists for sellers launching on a first marketplace, and includes account setup and registration. For quick commerce specifically, onboarding is the part that most often stalls, so Blinkit onboarding is handled as its own piece of work.

Are you based in India?

Yes, in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, with two offices in the city and GSTIN 09DNKPM9597N1ZM. We work with sellers across India and with sellers outside India who want an Indian team; see international sellers for how that works in practice.
