Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Ecomm11, we focus on transparent and fair service delivery.

Refund Policy

  • Payments made for consultation fees, onboarding fees, or one-time services are non-refundable once the service has been initiated.
  • Monthly or milestone-based services are non-refundable for the current billing period once work has started.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed only in cases of duplicate payment or technical payment failure.

Cancellation Policy

  • Clients may request service cancellation by emailing [email protected].
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.
  • No refunds will be provided for partially completed services.

Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
